Together with SMART ENGINEERS, we provided full media coverage of the fifth nationwide Construction Management in Russia forum: photography, video and graphics.

NOTEH is the National Association of Technical Clients. Held with the support of Russia’s Ministry of Construction, the forum took the form of a nationwide meeting on the development of the technical client institution. A deputy construction minister addressed the meeting by video link. Leading engineering companies gathered for a business programme and an exhibition of construction industry solutions and technologies. Our task was to preserve the substance of the presentations and convey the scale of this professional community.

Together with our friends at SMART ENGINEERS, we once again assembled a large team of photographers and videographers. We covered the business programme and activity across the venue, recorded speakers’ presentations and prepared graphics. We coordinated the crew so that reportage footage and presentation recordings would form a coherent media package.

We delivered photographs, event films, recap videos and recordings of every speaker’s presentation. Graphics gave the materials a shared visual identity. The video featured on this page is one part of the forum’s full media coverage.

Participants discussed strategic industry priorities and a model for the construction engineering market through 2030: the legal framework for technical clients, voluntary standards and professional liability insurance mechanisms. Partners signed agreements and concluded deals at the forum. The media archive preserves presentations and key moments, while recap films help communicate the programme and its outcomes.
