What to know
before starting

What determines the project cost?

Preparation, crew, equipment, filming days and location all affect the cost, as do editing, colour grading, graphics, audio production and voiceover. After discussing the brief, we prepare a project outline and detailed estimate. We agree on the scope and total cost before signing the contract.

How long does a project take?

The schedule depends on the amount of filming and the complexity of editing and graphics. Tell us early if the video is needed for an exhibition, product launch or another fixed date. We will assess the brief and propose a plan. We can respond quickly to urgent projects; filming and delivery dates are recorded in the contract.

How do reviews and revisions work?

We agree on a detailed script before filming. For 3D projects, we show scene images before animation begins. Each video undergoes internal quality checks before delivery; complex projects can be reviewed in stages. The contract can include three rounds of revisions within the agreed brief. Changes to the script or scope are discussed separately.

Can you film at operating facilities and work under an NDA?

Yes. We have filmed at operating facilities in several industries, including oil refining, chemical production and electrical equipment manufacturing. We take safety requirements into account and agree on access and filming arrangements in advance. We can work under an NDA and respect publication restrictions.

What deliverables and rights will we receive?

We deliver the agreed result: a film, video, photographs or footage. Where needed, we prepare versions for different platforms and resolutions. We adapt videos into English and other languages for exhibitions, overseas partners and international launches. Rights to the final work are set out in the contract; delivery of source footage and project files is agreed separately. Permission to feature the work in our portfolio is also covered by the contract.
