A precise visualisation.
A 3D visualisation of the Tolstoy residential development for Everest, the construction company later renamed PIK. In one month, we prepared a video presentation of its architecture and future living spaces.

Show the development before construction.
We needed to present an unbuilt residential development and accurately convey its design. Viewers should see the architecture, details and surroundings as parts of a future place to live.
Architectural accuracy. Materials and light.
We developed the building's appearance, materials and architectural features. The virtual camera moves between overall views, facades, courtyards and interiors to present the design in sequence.
One month of work. Twinmotion and Unreal Engine 5.
The visualisation took one month. We used Twinmotion and Unreal Engine 5 for preparation and rendering. The finished video combines the different parts of the development into one presentation.
A clear picture of a future home.
The film lets the construction company present the project before it is built. Architectural detail and different viewpoints help future residents and partners imagine the completed development.
