A real house design.
A virtual walkthrough.
For SAP-Project, we created a 3D visualisation of an actual country-house design. The client builds these houses and wanted to show how the architecture would look on a particular plot.

Place the house in its setting.
We needed to present SAP-Project's real design within its site. It was important to show the house's position, scale and relationship with the surrounding space.
Unreal Engine and Twinmotion.
We developed the architectural scene using Unreal Engine and Twinmotion. We refined materials, lighting and landscaping, then planned virtual camera movements from wider views to details.
An architectural 3D film.
The result is a video walkthrough of a country-house development. The house, pavilions, paths and landscaping form a complete picture of the site from different angles.
See the design before construction.
The film helps SAP-Project show clients how its design could look on their plot. The visualisation makes scale, materials and surroundings clearer before construction begins.
